BEFORE YOU COME
Before You Arrive
A few things to sort before you leave home:
If you fill out your waiver online, checking in is seamless.
The tiles up top turn cool in winter, so bring flip-flops — the one thing we don't provide. Bare feet are welcome too, though.
Please arrive right at your booking time. No need to come early: your 3-hour booking is your whole window, change room included, and it's yours from the minute it starts.
ARRIVAL
Checking In
Walk in and trade the day for a plush robe. The universal change room has private stalls to change and shower in quiet; robes and towels are waiting, and lockers close with a simple combination.
That's it — you're in.
tech-free space
Unplug
This is the one we mean most. Beyond reception, the city stays at the door; phones, cameras, and smart glasses stay behind. It isn't a rule for its own sake; it's the whole point. Nowhere to be, no one to answer, nothing pulling at you. Just heat, water, and breath.
E-readers and smartwatches are welcome — we're after your attention, not your book.
rinse
Before You Begin
Onething before the circuit: rinse off with soap and water at the blue-tiled openshowers. Everyone starts here.
Afterward, the private showers are stocked with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, andthe GLO room and blow-dryers are ready whenever you head back out.

The Circuit
Three saunas — two silent, one social. Two cold pools. Two hot mineral tubs. An exfoliation shower with our signature salt scrub.
The rhythm, roughly:
5–15 minutes hot
1–5 minutes cold
10–15 minutes rest
Then round again.Most people finish on cold. But there's no wrong way through — this is your time.
BETWEEN ROUNDS
The Lounge
Between rounds, the indoor lounge is yours — no need to order food or a drink unless you want to. It's a warm place to sit and let the conversation go where it goes. This is the other half of HAVN: not just the quiet, but the company.
No need to carry payment either — charge anything to the card on file, or open a tab and settle on your way out. Come and go as the mood takes you.
LOOKED AFTER
What's Provided
Almost everything's here, so you can travel light:
Plush robe and towels
Herbal tea, water stations, and reusable cups
HAVN organic skincare in every shower
Lounge and books to read
A retail boutique on your way out
Two small things while you're in: leave glasses out of the saunas — prescription or polarized, heat isn't kind to them — and no glassware on the top deck.
COMING AS A GROUP
Group Bookings
Thanks for bringing your people to HAVN.It's a shared space, so keep voices soft and let the group spread out rather than pile into one corner. Check in and out on your own booking times — we can't do group check-ins, and late check-outs may add a fee. And to keep the change room calm, no more than four of your group in there at once.
ON YOUR WAY OUT
Checking Out
Your 3-hour booking window includes the change room on the way out too, so leave yourself time to shower and ease back into the day before it ends.When you're ready, take the walk back up the dock.
