There are 3 saunas onboard HAVN varying in temperature and city to ocean views. Two have optional water to be added to the rocks, and one is dry. Choose the sauna with the temperature that feels best for you and your body.
You must be at least 19 years of age to access the site. Identification may be required during check-in.
Reservations are highly recommended because we cannot guarantee spots will be available for walk-ins. Our online bookings are available on our website.
At this time, our booking system does not keep a waitlist or cancellation list. We suggest checking the availability on our website often as we do receive cancellations and those spaces will become open online. Our booking system is live online and any open spots will show up immediately.
Single Entry Passes and Punch Codes are entered in the "Punch Pass Code or Single Entry Pass Code" field in the very first step of the booking process directly below the date and time options (a step before entering your personal details). Please note that only one Punch Code can be applied per booking. To use multiple Punch Codes at the same time or book more than one guests, you must create individual bookings.
Digital Gift cards can be purchased online, or Physical Gift Cards can be purchased on site for any denomination.Gift Card codes are entered in the very last step of the booking process where you enter your payment details.
HAVN is cleaned every day by an additional third party, with additional maintenance throughout the day.
The facilities can still be used during the rain and other weather conditions. Rain can add to the experience of the water circuit and the outdoor urban spa. If guests wish to avoid certain weather conditions, there are several covered spaces to relax in, as well as all the saunas are fully enclosed.As we are a floating facility, we are subject to the weather and wave conditions of Victoria's inner harbour. On occasion, HAVN may need to close the facility on short notice due freezing temperatures or snow. If we must do this, we will notify you by email as soon as possible and provide a full refund to the original method of payment. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience.
HAVN is located at 920 Wharf Street at Ship Point. There is public pay parking available at Ship Point. The boat is next to the Harbour Air Seaplanes. You can enter the parking lot off Wharf street just past Broughton Street. The entrance to the ship is from a ramp off Ship Point, down to the boat’s dock.

To join our waitlist, add yourself to a time slot on our booking page. You will be automatically charged if your booking is moved from the waitlist. You can remove yourself from the waitlist by clicking the Manage Your Order button in your confirmation email up to 24 hours before the booking. After that, you will remain on the waitlist, and if a spot becomes available, you will automatically be added to the booking and charged up to 30 minutes before the booking start time.
Single Entry Passes and Punch Codes purchased before July 8, 2026 have been converted to gift cards and can be redeemed by selecting Apply a Gift Card during checkout.Punch Passes purchased on or after July 8, 2026 are linked to your client account on our booking page. To use them, select your preferred time slot and sign in during checkout. Your available passes will appear as credits that can be applied to your booking.
Reservations can be changed or cancelled up to 24 hours before the booking time for a full refund. To cancel your booking, open your confirmation email and select Modify Your Booking.
